Forwarding a message using Gmail

  I don't know how to insert the contacts from my contact list onto an email I wish to forward. Everytime I click on a contact in 'Quick Contacts', it goes to 'Compose'.
  
  Any ideas?

  Click on Forward next to the Reply link at the bottom.
  
  You then have to add in contacts manually, as Gmail doesn't allow give you a list of contacts if I'm not wrong.

  nope, if u allow Gmail to keep them, u only have to type the first letter, and a list of your contacts will appear in the To: box.

  I think it must be some of my surfing habits that prevented it from appearing.
