Msn Latest Virus *take note*

There is a msn virus circulating and spreading from one person to another. it disguises it self as a zip folder titled " myphotoalbum" or something like that, PLS DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT. as u will get infected by this Virus.

it will first send u a message:
"HEY lol i've done a new photo album ! Second ill find file and send you it."
then it will send u a zip folder titled:
"myphotoalbum" << it's a zipfolder.

It is a Bropia variant.
Kaspersky - IM-Worm.Win32.Bropia.j
Trend Micro - WORM_BROPIA.S
Symantec - W32.Bropia.P

Like the earlier BROPIA variants, this memory-resident worm spreads copies of itself via MSN messenger, a popular instant messaging application, using attractive file names.
It also drops a JPEG picture file in the folder where it executes. It opens the image with Internet Explorer (IE). -

actually, when some1 out of a sudden just give u a link to go, or a file to dl. dont accept 1st. always ask ur friend. my friend kena this virus, every now and then want to send me 1 file. he created 3 msn account because of it. but i dont think is the msn account that is infected, is the computer.

A number of my friends got it.
If I never accept and they cancelled it themselves, I assume I am safe, right? -

wah sia la i juz got it a few mins ago...lucky my fren went offline before i accepted coz i was away...lol heng arh
