  wheres the option to go where i can set which program to run upon startup? everytime i boot up gotta wait damn long cuz so many programs loading.

  Start > Run and type in msconfig
  
  Also use Starter to manage if you know nothing about msconfig.

  i remember there was this option in the startbar properties where u can choose. wonder where is it now.
