As per post, recommended solution is reformat and reinstall because it can steal information. If there's anything sensitive such as banking passwords or other passwords, it could have stolen.
Your virus is a Vanebot.
Download SDFix and save it to somewhere convenient.
Double click to install it. Once it's installed, read the Notepad file that opens. It will tell you where SDFix is being installed. Take note of it.
Reboot into Safe Mode. Locate SDFix and double click on [b]RunThis.bat to start the removal process.
Type Y to begin the cleanup process. It will find and remove the infected files and clean up your registry. When done, it will prompt you to reboot.
Press any key to restart. After it restarts, the tool will run again. Once it's done, it will show Finished. Press any key to exit.
Notepad (report.txt) will then open.
Post the contents of report.txt and a new HijackThis log.[/b]
