Executing Scripts...??? What...???

Was told to execute this script in-order to solve a problem associated with Microsoft Windows Update..., anybody have any ideas on how i should go 'bout in achieving this...??

Is your Windows Update not working? -
Windows Automatic Update in the process of screwing-up mine entire system... System resources spiked at 100% upon start-up (Till Shut-Down) of Windows-XP...
Culprit being the WUAUSERV in SVCHOST.EXE..., Microsoft claims the issue is being look into, and the only solution is to disable Windows Automatic Update for the time being...

How long have you used the PC?
If it has been for quite long, either it's downloading a service pack or some other updates. IE7 particularly.
That script will not solve your problem, it's only for those who have problems updating Windows.

I was told by a friend..., an alternative would be to rely on WinDizUpDate For Firefox... (http://windowsupdate.62nds.com/). Anyone experienced in using it, as in any problems or reliablity-issues with the sites...??? -

Just disable it, don't run this script. This script will damage quite a lot of things.
Go to Start > Run and type in services.msc
Locate Automatic Updates. Double click it.
Change to the Startup Type to Disabled from the drop-down list.
Then click on Stop to stop this service.
WinDizUpdate is for those using a fake version of Windows. If yours is legal, ignore it. Otherwise, Microsoft will detect your legal copy as illegal and you are going to have headaches.
