  Are you using the correct profile?
  
  Some profiles have same SSID (network name) but different profile name.
  
  If that's the only profile that exists, delete it, create a new one.
  
  If it doesn't work, turn this off and use Windows Wireless to manage it. Windows Wireless is much more easier to use than these companies' wireless softwares.
