[kernelfaultcheck]??

  I'm still using windows XP. I scan my com with hijackthis, the hijackthis will find this kernelfaultcheck entry.. and if i remove it, it goes away but it will "come back" after i restart my computer. What is it anyway?
  Is there a way to remove this entry permanently

  It means your computer has crashed before. There's no need to remove it.
