  wads is that unknown program??.....its keeps popping up for every 2-3hrs....
  
  i've scanned the com with ad-aware,spybot....theres no virus or anything tat is infectted..

  hmmm....yup....but it dosen't have anything to do with it.......even after i finish installing still gt tat pop-up....haix....

  Most likely it didn't end properly.
  
  Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc)
  
  See if this process is there: msiexec.exe
  
  If it's there, it had not end properly.
  
  Just select this process, click on End Process.

  i tried it but didn't seem to have the program there....is there other explanations?

  There's 2 possibilities. One, it's still installing, two, it didn't end properly.
  
  Try restarting your computer.

  i've juz restarted and the pop-up is still there....i've oso check the task manager.....no sign of the program u mentioned....

  u go taskmanager (ctrl + alt + del), den u take a screen shot of the processes.

  from the process list hard to tell which process is that
  
  it might be those .exe files with CPU=0.1

  u can do trial and error..then see which one deletes that program.
  
  then when u found out which one is it, you can go run->type msconfig-> then uncheck the process that is running each time u startup
