about flash player

  hi, im not sure how come when i go youtube to watch video, it always hv this prompt :

  i have check and my javascript is turn on. and i have downloaded the newest version of flash player.
  
  can any1 help me?

  i have use this uninstaller to uninstall my flash player 1st b4 downloading a new 1.
