whenever i tried to shut down my laptop, it would restart instead with a blue screen appearing for a while then restart. what should i do?
Try this:
Right click My Computer and select Properties.
Select the Advanced tab.
Under Startup and Recovery, click on Settings.
Under System Failure, untick Automatically restart box.
