  RTHDCPL.EXE - ILLEGAL SYSTEM DLL RELOCATION
  
  The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32.OCX occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLLS. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.
  
  Everytime i start my laptop the above statement will pop out. What happened and what must i do to solve this problem?

  This is an error cause by conflict base addresses.

  Mine too leh.. just started today ... what is happening ah

  Some programmes start up at different time will cause clash.. they have retify the problem liao..
