msn error

  dunno what happened to my msn, suddenly cannot login
  
  error code:80048820
  extended error code:80048406
  
  then i ran the troubleshooter, it jam at 'key ports...' so how??
  izzit my firewall blocking? but i never touch my firewall setting wat.
