freewebs help in creating a form

  Hi i have been trying to create a form and i selected the "Submit Button" form which allows users to send you the form. the problem is, i wasn't very sure of what to do... the options left for me to configure is this, asking me to select either of them.
  
  Automatically submit form when user presses enter.
  
  User must click submit to submit form.
  
  In the end, what is left on my page is just a submit button and no form at all.
  
  So am i suppose to create the form myself or does freewebs offer some help on it?

  Learn PHP and HTML properly...
  
  And make sure you set the elements properly...

  thanks i just figure out how to use the form feature... u just have to set one of the choices to one paragraph. no html required.
