Network Down~

Wah Sianz, dunno why my internet down. So suddenly
I have check everything from power supply/adapter to cables. Everything is intact. All my Modem, Router are light up and they are still light, not blinking. It can't be cable faulty i guess, as both of my coms can't get connected.
Tried THese Solutions so far.
- Reset Modem and Router, Fail.
- UnPlug Cables and reconnect, Fail.
- Tried direct Connect with Modem only, Fail.
- Off/Restart Computer, Fail.
- Repair Network using Window Xp, Fail.
What else can i do? And what can be done?
I am using MAXONLINE and i had call up the service hotline but can't get the Maxonline Techincian atm, still waiting for them to call me back.

What LED lights are present on your router?
For example:
1. Power
2. Sync
3. Online
4. WLAN
Typically, the first 3 needs to be on if you are using wired connections. If you are using wireless, WLAN LED lights need to be on.
Number 2 may or may not be present depending on routers...
In short, all LED lights need to be on for your internet to work.
If after checking that your cables are plugged in properly and all LED lights are on but you can't access the Net, try downloading this program to restore your connections:
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/winsockxpfix.html
Save it to somewhere convenient and run it. Follow the prompts.
Once you are done, check your connections.
If your connections are working properly, delete the tool away. Don't keep this around. -
Might be good to follow basic network tools like Ping
go to start, run, type 'cmd", at dos prompt, type "ipconfig /all"
take note of the IP address, subnet mask, gateway address, are they assigned correctly from the router itself else, try "ipconfig /release" and then "ipconfig /renew"
try ping the gateway address as well (gateway = router in this case)
if there's reply from gateway, probably is the router to modem connection.
If that's the case, check the WAN IP of the router, might not be getting proper address from the modem.

All my modem/Router LED are light up and not blinking, they are firm.

Are you able to ping to external link?
try ping www.google.com.sg, any reply?
also try ping 165.21.100.88, any reply?
when you do a ipconfig /all, is you IP address DHCP assigned or Static? DNS address might be configured wrongly under Static condition. -

Ping with Router Diagnois
Send 5, Recieve 5 0% Loss

shut down everything. off router n modem. wait for awhile like 10 minutes. on modem n router. let it on for 5minutes. den on ur pc. shld be able to work. btw, i got a question. how u online since ur internet is down?

Firstly, what did you ping?
Ping Yahoo.com
If you ping from your router to your router, then it will always be 100% hit.
Ping router comfirm 100% wat, still ping for what. lolx~Just try Winsock XP Fix first.

Yup, it don't work and yes i have restarted my PC as its needed in the process

Can you tell me what's the IP address given to you and what's the subnet mask?
