AVG got problem

  and I think my computer got virus cos some of the applications run very slowly though my computer has sufficient spaces

  Near the bottom of the page, the moderator has implied that this problem may slow the computer. Defrag is his solution.

  Sometimes the connection is screwed up. Just wait for a few hours for it to clear up and try again.
  
  If it doesn't work, go to http://free.grisoft.com/doc/24/lng/us/tpl/v5 to download the files.
  
  Save it to where AVG is installed.
  
  Right click on AVG and select Check for updates.
  
  Click on Folder button.
  
  Navigate to the AVG folder.
  
  Click OK.
