Windows doesnt open any exe files for me...

  Dont know why this happended after I came back from work...
  After coming to desktop when I boot up, a short while later I cant open any exe files, it will cease to hang.
  Any suggestions?

  Download this registry edit and reboot your computer immediately. Scan your computer immediately with your antivirus program after reboot.
