  Shortcuts don't have, but make it run at startup, yes.

  run at startup i know, but i want to know if there are any shortcut keys cause i need to keep opening and i'm very sick of using the mouse to click.

  Have. Go to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer
  
  Right click on iexplore.exe, select Send To Desktop (create shortcut)
  
  On your desktop, right click on the iexplore.exe shortcut and select Properties.
  
  Select Shortcut tab.
  
  In Shortcut key field, press down Alt key. Then press any letter or number that you like. Click Apply to apply the settings. Take note of the shortcut.
  
  Every time you want to Start IE, just press the combination.
  
  Mine is Ctrl + Alt + E.

  u can put it at your taskbar.
  then u can click it so that it opens.

  oh ok. i'll elaborate more. default shortcut key, like windows explorer i just need to press windows + e
