No idea what this license does, but from the way the license looks, it is open to anything.
That means it may or may not have credits, the program may or may not be hacked in any way.
Sounds like a cool license, but works with licenses under GNU or BSD. Any other things, I don't think it works because EULAs have stated otherwise.
Not sure if it will complement with Creative Common (CC) licenses as well, as some CC licenses are pretty restricted.
