Firefox bookmarks missing?

  And I just had a 'blue' screen to check the C drive...when i boot up. Dunno why also...mi desktop auto-restart yesterday after I clicked on FF...
  
  How to retrieve the bookmarks??

  How to load mi bookmarks? Now I get a new 7kb bookmarks...but i wan the old ones lehs.

  Anyway...I dunno if it is a recurring problem with others, but my Firefox keeps crashing/hanging and usually when chkdsk occurs on reboot there will be changes done to the file allocation of Firefox...
  
  Any significant problems posed/present?

  When I had such problems, its coz my hdd didn't go well with my comp. After I removed the hdd, no such problems in a long long long long long time.

  Hi,sorry to hijack this thread but my cousin is also encountering mising firefox bookmark after restart/each bootup.i went through the firefox settings and all is well.OS is Vista Business.
