  Hi. Just bought this wireless router but i just can't get it to work properly.
  Follow step by step but it justs cannot connect to the internet. Don't know whats wrong. My laptop can detect my wireless network, try connecting it when i get connected try to use internet cannot also. Wondering why. Need some help badly!

  Yes, i did. Connect everything properly. But cannot connect to the net. Don't know why. Read in HWZ some say must bridge but i don't get it.

  Connect your modem to the port that says Internet.
  
  
  
  Modem cable to any of the ports named 1, 2, 3 or 4.
  
  Then try again.

  I just bridge my modem and tried connecting still cannot. So decided to reset the router after i reset everything seems to be fine. Can access the net from both desktop and laptop. Thanks for the replys and help. Appreciated it!

  However, I just did a speedtest and my ping was 108 ms. Why is it so high? Will it affect my gaming experience? How can i lower it?

  which server you pinged to?
  
  usually i'll ping starhub's ethernet switch(infrastructure), just next hop from my IP
