i need help setting a password for smc wireless router. anyone able to help???

Start > Run and type in cmd
In Command Prompt, type in ipconfig
This will show your default gateway. Note it down. Type that address into your browser and configure it...
If don't know, ask Resshin, he's using a SMC router... -
open browser, type 192.168.2.1 into your address bar.
enter the setup and go to advanced setup
click on wireless at the sidebar
under security, click on WPA
select pre-shared key authentication
select passphase key type
type whatever password u want to use.
then click apply. -
