New com, gives me new problem

hi ppl,
Juz setup a new com not long ago and i have a few problems with the USB port at the Front Panel. It can detect those USB that i pluck into but there are some USB device is unrecognise and stated as Unknown Devine in Device Manager.
Device that are recognise are:
Bluetooth Toggle
PC Gaming Controller
60MB Thumb Drive
Device that are NOT recognised
USB 4-Port Hub
1 GB Thumb Drive
Logistic WebCam
------------------------------------------
USB 4-Port Hub, 1 GB Thumb Drive, Logistic WebCam are able to be used on my previous Computer. So... Whats wrong now?

If DIY, you better check the manual that the wires are plugged in correctly. -

But as you can see, i can use most of the USB Device except some of the above i mention. Those are able to use on my previous com though... -
I would suggest you visit Windows Update to get the latest updates for your computer.
For your various hardware devices, visit the vendor's site for more details. Regarding your bluetooth configuration, has it been set to properly detect your bluetooth devices?

New computer doesn't necessary have all the drivers you need.

could it be u have not install usb 2.0 driver?
the moment u install it, it will auto detect the rest of the thing
cos they are only usb 2.0 only.... -
I try to install USB 2.0 but it says that i am using SP2 and so i don't need to install USB 2.0

Webcams often come with CD installation files. If there's indeed a CD provided, put in the CD and install the files required.
USB 4 ports hub - you used a card or you plugged it in to another USB hub?
If it's a card, drivers might be needed... if it's plugged in directly to a USB hub, unplug it. Shutdown the PC and wait for a while (about 30 seconds). Then plug it in and boot up the PC.
1GB thumbdrive - no idea what's happening. It could be the huge space that's causing problems.. -

TS got plug the thumbdrive directly into the USB slot in the PC?Can work?
sometimes if devices are plugged into USB hub...doesnt work because of power distribution. -

Hmmm, update bios does not help. I still have the same problem. USE Hub cannot be use, still detect as unknown device

trail and error with extra parts
if still not solve, reformat and try again to see if its main board? -
Then you better check and make sure all parts are properly place ..
