Recommend A File BackUp Program

  I have done various search on google and found the 2 most popular programs are Norton Ghost and Acronis True ImageWorkstation. If anyone has any program to recommend please do so.
  
  The priorities are
  1) compatibility (backup n restore on different Microsoft OS(XP n Vista))
  2) ease of usage(easy to backup, easy to restore)
  3) if possible boot up cds
  
  I would be backing up the system drive(C as well as my other information drives(G:, F:, etc).

  MS doesn't allow backups from any other OS to be copied over to Vista.
  
  Any other OS, use Acronis TrueImage. There's a free version which I posted...
  
  And don't ask how. You have to search through the whole forum.
