HP TX1005AU

Bought a HP TX 1005AU recently. Well, the machine seems to work quite well and definitely is value for money but Vista Home Premium does not work well with many of the programs I had before.
The Tablet's cover gets scratched easily. Mine got within the first few days although I have a nice TArgus PC cover. I bought mine just two days before they had the free skin offer. Damn!!!!
The catch on the leash of the free PC bag broke the very first day I put my PC into it. Luckily I had the good reflexes or my laptop would have been finished the very first day!!
Have been trying to call HP but as all HP users would know by now, the service sucks. I have been calling from one extension to another , waiting long long time only to be directed to a voice mail box to leave messages which never gets replied. I even talked to three different people who have no idea what am talking about and referred me to here and there when I asked about teh promotion.
Finally when I managed to get through to the home user dept. on phone, the person promptly told me she had no idea about what I was talking about because she was from the SMB dept. and just picked up the phone because other customer service reps. were busy. Phew!!!
So my verdict is great PC but lousy cover and service.
