  Hey...can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?
  
  The spacings (on the top right hand corner of the pic, for MSN) are bigger than...usual It's like they have extra 'spaces' behind them all...
  
  Can anyone help me?

  the taskbar?
  
  aim ur cursor at the edge there until u see the double direction arrows
  click and drag it down

  Nono...not the taskbar...the MSN window on the right...
