IDE Primary Channel master Driver error

  Had Some problems with my desktop, and it cant boot up.
  
  I only get an error message of
  >>IDE Primary Channel Master Driver Error
  >>Equiptment Configuration Error
  
  and press alt clt ext for configuration
  so when i went to configuration, i looked up, and found this
  >>IDE PRIMARY CHANNEL MASTER: Hard disk 0.M.B
  
  so is my hard disk a goner?

  Have you plugged out the hard disk before?

  eh, no, and my sister just used it for about 2hrs before, then when my mom tries to use it Hohoho
