Buying new tech devices soon...need some tips for my budget!

Going to be buying some new tech stuff soon and i need some tips to stretch my dollar. Basically, i guess i have about 500+ to spare.
1) I need a LCD Monitor/TV for my room. My budget for this is maybe about 200? It doesn't need to have a brand, the least is that it's functional.
2) I also need to get a new MP3 player that has a LONG BATTERY LIFE. The current MP3 i'm holding (a no brand china mp3) lasts maybe about 4 hours and off it goes...it's annoying. Maybe battery operated MP3's would be good?
3) I need some good headphones for my travels. How is the Audio Technica ATH ES5?
4) Lastly, i want a handphone upgrade. I'm currently using a Moto V3. Anything better than that and cheap?

about 200++(260 and aobve), maybe can only get 15/17. -
For MP3 the size actually don't really matter. I think 1 GB for me would be more than enough as i usually only load a few songs then delete the rest when i get bored of them. Is Creative Zen Neeon 2 good? How is the internal battery life? Or should i just get a battery operated MP3 so i can change batts on the go? I don't like my MP3 to run out on me midway on a train ride...
I think a 17 inch LCD screen would be good enough. I need it in my room for me to use with my gaming consoles. So i can get one for 200+? Brand is not a matter to me... -
