Help required

My computer has being lagging recently,i did the usual scan from spyware doctor, avg anti virus and avg anti spyware which all have being updated but could not find anything,hence here my logfile from hijackthis

Open HijackThis and select Do a system scan only.
Locate this line: O2 - BHO: BHOHelper Class - {67A90DD6-128D-43AB-B97C-565D2DD42A28} - C:\Program Files\real\atloader.dll
Put a tick in the box beside this line and click Fix checked.
Show hidden files and folders- [*]Open My Computer.
[*]Go to Tools > Folder Options.
[*]Select the View tab.
[*]Scroll down to Hidden files and folders.
[*]Select Show hidden files and folders.
[*]Uncheck (untick) Hide extensions of known file types.
[*]Uncheck (untick) Hide protected operating system files (Recommended).
[*]Click Yes when prompted.
[*]Click OK.
[*]Close My Computer.
Delete the folder highlighted in blue. C:\Program Files\real
Then post back a new HijackThis log. -
i have fix the bho file as instructed
but i could not find the blue real folder,the folder is in black. -
You have to delete the Real folder highlighted in blue...

but the folder font not in blue,it in black .or should i just uninstall my realplayer????
