picture problems

  I made a image with text on a transparent background and then tried uploading to image webhosts like zooomr/pixilive.com and they come out like this:
  
  
  but when i upload it to tinypic.com, it comes out normal, how come theres this difference?

  PNG format... means there's a transparency issue...
  
  Did you create/edit the picture in Photoshop?

  Me not Photoshop expert... but this is what I got from opening your picture...
  
  
  
  Got to with your layering I think... mess with it before and got the same results as yours.
  
  I think got to ask Baseline or Square or Photoshop experts...
