Are you able to connect to the Net? If yes, try re-downloading and re-patch it. That's the only thing I know. Otherwise, call up Linksys.

Able to connect to the net but not able to access the web based router setting page. Have any idea how to flash it manually using tftp ?

Hi,
Go to your modem , wrt54g , hardware, flip the router and check the version number and the model number and download the latest firmware and install it.
If you can't access your local , dun worry .... go to your modem , hardware, flip it to d back and hold the small tiny reset button at the back for 30seconds
it shld reset your hold router to factory default.
Now try to access : 192.168.1.1 on your browser
you can try having a live chat with a linksys repz if problem still persist
