54Mbps is the maximum speed for 802.11G. I haven't heard of 94Mbps, but 108Mbps, yes. 108Mbps is the maximum speed for yet to be verified 802.11N. Some call it Pre-N routers, some call it extraboost and by some other names.
The difference is only the speeds, other than that, nothing else.
In reality, you will never achieve those speeds, because it's still being determined by your ISP.
You will only get those speeds only if you are in a local area network (that is, transferring files from your desktop to another PC/laptop)
