If he's using a wireless router, turn off NAT. Also use a firewall and turn on stealthing... -

I recommend a program called OperaTor.
It jumps from one point to another point, and finally exit to destination.
Each step is encrypted and the next point doesnt know the previous 2 points or where it came from.
It also has its own privacy settings, which will block cookies, java scripts, and so on while you surf.
So it is nice. It is the most secure internet program.

Like this Im not sure....I think maybe from your router setting...because then it would be a general proxy setting, for all communications, all packets.
Perhaps, but its my guess only.....router or windows....then insert a working anonymous proxy address. But I dont know where, which setting.
Hmmm.....but Im not sure why you would want to do this...usually the game developers group the players according to their regions for better connection....so u wont have so much lag.....so its actually better for u to use ur real location.....
The IP detection.....is that done first time during account registration...? Or every time when u try to loggon....? If only first time account registration then its easier to make a new one I guess....

Now they created a server for region A and went on to block all players from that region from playing in SEA. so that they will create an account for the new server in regionA.
when these ppl have level 100+ characters with south east asia servers... -

Call your ISP and request for a change to your IP address > the address that you want

Proxy > www.proxypig.com
Though my ISP is starhub , they tend to give different IP everyday
