  Please, all don't get new SDRAMs. SDRAM is so outdated, that the prices are jacked up nowadays. If you want, get second hand.
  
  Now that RAMs are mass produced, they don't last longer. Second hand RAMs have a tendency to last longer... and they are cheaper.

  That's a shop in the backlane of Sim Lim Square at level 3 that sells second-hand RAMs at very attractive prices... There's also P3 notebook processors available... The uncle very nice also... Able to bargain the prices even though prices already good...
