Recommend a program to Sync Ms Outlook 2003

  I have Ms Outlook on 2 computers in a network and would like to sync both of them. I have googled and found out that Ms Exchange Server is the most common way, however, I do not have Ms Exhcange Server.
  
  Does anyone has any recommendation?
