I tried charging my samsung k5 mp3 player using an AC adapter yesterday, and after several hours, i realised the screen has hanged. After that, i could no longer switch the mp3 on.
Today, it can be switched on, BUT it is lagging terribly. It takes more than a minute just to start up It either just lags, or cant be switched on at all.
This is not the first time i encountered problems with k5. When i first bought one, it was faulty so i exchanged for a new one. And now this happens again
I don't know what to do. Ive tried resetting it several times but it is still like that. Do i have to send it for repairs? If so, where?
