I am using Starhub mobile line for some times, but last 4 weeks is nightmare. If I receive/make the call, the other party will not hear my voice for couple of second or worse, it will cut off. The Starhub technician came to my block; he has tested and confirmed that the problem only occurs around my block flat.
Understand that investigation needs to carry out, but 4 weeks is very frustrated. Starhub doesn't allow me to terminate the line due to contract, and they donÂ’t give much option either besides 'waiting' hopelessly.
It seems end-user is always losing end. I am very frustrated how Starhub handle this case; they always say this case is under investigation. For 4 weeks?
Appreciate if someone can give me some suggestion?
Coz you stay with Starhub, Temasek also make money, if you swop to Singtel, Temasek also make money.
Write letter to press lor. Seems to be the only way to solve things nowadays.
Or juz call and demand waiver.
