what happened to my IE7?

my IE7 recently cannot load pages such as Windows Live Hotmail and some other webpages. A white blank page is displayed whenever i want to access these pages. I have tried clearing cookies, internet browsing history, temporary internet files, etc, but it din work. i also scanned and removed spywares, and it din work too. I reinstalled IE7 but it still din work.
Now I have to use Firefox...haiz
Anyone knows what went wrong with my IE7? Is there a solution? Thanks! -
Can you check if JavaScript is enabled?
