Making a VCD

  ok i need help making a VCD.
  
  I got this .avi clip which is 700MB.
  
  The question is:
  
  What format do i need to burn it on a CD-R and able to play on a VCD player?
  
  Do i need any other stuff inside the CD-R to play it?

  you do have a nero burner program, right?
  
  just insert in the disk into your D drive, and then choose whether, you want to burn in vcd or dvd format

  can. but u need to first convert it into vcd format which is mpeg1 before burning with nero

  It doesn't mean the video is 700MB big that you can squeeze into a CD-R. You need to check the length of the video. Normally a CD-R can only hold a 80 min long video which is 1 hr 20min.
  
  It is likely that you need 2 CD-Rs if it is a movie.
  
  Use Nero to burn. Once it is burned, you can watch it using normal VCD player.

  nowadays DVD players can play avi file, i dled the whole mobeee of 28days later into the CDR, 700mb........over 1hr 20 min

  have a question..
  
  if u use the keygen and get a serial key..
  
  then can work and everything la..
  
  will they be able to trace u down and maybe sue u?
