  to make things even worst for today, i have deleted the launcher exe to my game on my portable hdd, is there anyway that i can create or restore back this exe?
  
  i have deleted the original exe on in the programme files on my hdd, not those shortcuts.

  Try repairing the game?
  
  Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
  
  Select the game, click on Change/Remove. See if there's a repair option. Some games do provide that.

  i did nt install the game on this com, it was just installed on my portable hdd, and whenever i want to use it, i go to it's programme files and click on the exe.
