unable to open IE and access net.. need help.

  hi, don't know why my pc suddenly become like this.
  
  i cant access IE. it will say 'unable to view the page error' or something like that...
  
  i can ping the website, my router, my default gateway.. and my ip is correct..
  
  when i try to login to my msn, it will have the key port error.
  
  i have scanned my pc for virus and spyware and found some minor spyware and 1 trojan horse. i removed it and rebooted my pc.
  
  conclusion, i cant access the net although i can ping the website.
  
  any1 can help?

  try to key in proxy and refresh your dns?

  Which ISP proxy did you use? You aren't supposed to use other ISP's proxy except the ISP you signed up with, otherwise, you will be locked out.
  
  Also, Microsoft isn't very automatic on such issues.
  
  Open Command Prompt, type in ipconfig /flushdns. Close Command Prompt.

  im using singnet. ipconfig /flushdns << still not working..
  
  btw, when i refresh the IE error page, the status bar show something like c:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoc.dll\dnserror.htm

  u mean go to tools>internet options>connections>lan setting>proxy server? i set it and still not working..

  nvm.. i think my pc kana some virus or what.. gonna format it..
