What caused this...

  Just downloaded Swat 4... but the graphics become like this... I suspect a corrupted download...

  if the download is corrupted, you can't even install the game at all
  
  maybe your vga card is acting funny
  
  i kenna this sort of thing before, back then when i was playing wow
  
  so perhaps re install your game, and see whether it will improve or not

  How much RAM you have? From your screenshot, colours are rendered properly, but patches here and there looks like your PC is lagging.

  I got 510 MB of RAM
  
  Could it be the game was not installed properly? Coz Half way through the installation, I realized that I didn't put all the files in the same folder and had to move the files while the installation is paused... I didn't restart the installation from start...
  
  Or could It be that my hard disc is running at 90% right now...?

  510MB is just 2MB short, I don't think it will harm anyway.
  
  There shouldn't be any problems with moving files while installation is paused.
  
  Your hard disk is definitely a problem. It's working too hard. See this thread.

  I just wanna clear up that I meant that my hard disc is 70Gb/80Gb full... my CPU process is min 2% and max 19% at idle...
  
  anyway..., I'll try and re-install it and let ya know how it turns out later...

  Hmm... not sure. Does the site list the file checksum? If it's listed, after downloading, use a file checksum checker to check it and compare with the listed checksum on the site.

  How U took the SWAT4 screenshots?
  
  my SWAT4 working fine even on a laptop...and laptops are not known to be very game-friendly.

  could be driver problems, try updating your gfx to the latest drivers availiable on nvidia's website
