Virus in my Lappie

Seems like now I can't open any pen drive which is plugged into my lappie USB port
There will be a warning from my anti-virus system saying that my computer has been infected by a worm, infecting a file called autorun.vbs 
I also have a worm infecting my volume system file, dunno how to get it out. can I just delete the file? Will it affect my lappie? So far I dun dare to delete off the file yet, I just moved it to chest. But it kept recurring, so far already came up a few times le since yesterday
Any suggestion/solution?

1) Go install kaspersky or do the online test...
2) Google the virus name and manual delete the files from your com

The scanner now showing got a lot of infected files le...one of them is this:
C:\System Volume Information\_restore{5D527826-05BD-4A83-8416-28ACDDA14001}\RP443\A0103529.vbs
Do I delete it or move to chest? Got a lot of them sia, I deleted some, then another one come up... -

what you are suffering, most probably, there are people out there, kenna the same virus as well -

Not too sure. Since the system restore is turned on, one restore point should be created on a regular basis. A restore point is usually created when one installs something.
