Look, did you even read instructions? As I said, read that manual. Since you didn't follow, it resulted in this failure.
And as I say, Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Hardware if you insist on this wizard. Otherwise, just double click on the file you've downloaded earlier to install. The wizard is not a necessity, it's only to make instructions easier to follow.
Since this step failed, I've offered the alternative step.
You better read carefully, or your thread is going to be closed.
1. Plug in the printer, and ignore whether or not the wizard appears.
2. Turn on the printer.
3. Double click and run the file you've downloaded earlier.
4. When prompted to reboot, do so.
Method 2
1. Turn off the PC, unplug the printer.
2. Wait for 5 minutes, then re-plugged it into another USB port.
3. Turn on the PC.
4. Wait for the hardware wizard to appear.
5. Follow the instructions on the hardware wizard.
Method 3
1. Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Hardware
2. Click Next to search for newly added hardware.
3. Let it search. Once done, look through the devices and locate your printer.
4. Click once to select it, and click Next. When prompted to locate the driver, browse to where you save the file you've downloaded earlier.
5. Click OK to install it. Reboot when prompted.
