ngee ann poly wireless

is it password protected connection or automatic connection once a wireless network is detected there?
cos i lending my laptop to my fren but he does not noe how to connect to the wireless -
manually add a network by using the network name "NPNet"
otherwise visit the friendly helpdesk.they will configure it for you..
or else you can run a script in the school's website(do a search).. im not sure whether they host the file online though. -
then if i from sp then i go np can use their wireless?

does the helpdesk open on saturday? -
All poly and university students will be able to use another poly or university's wireless.
Just check with the respective institution for connecting and using their network. -

basically just enable my wireless then search for networks..then double click on NP network? -
you can't detect NP's network even if you on your wireless.thats my experience with the network for my 2years stay there..Originally posted by Rockhound:morning actually

just add a network name which is NPNet and all other settings as it is. it should be able to connect..theoretically
if you need the script for configuring the connection do pm me.. its fail-proof

NUS requires u to log in using student ID and password. for the rest, i nt v sure. haha.... -
