  I went to dl 3rd party skin. Then got this skin damm nice black colour one
  When i apply the whole thing went black. Can see icons but cannot see all the words.
  
  How to change back skin without looking at the words?
  Please help asap.

  Ermm... you got to change another skin... there's no way you can change the colours unless you get the paid version to change the skin settings....

  What if i on my my computer with safe mode.
  Then i delete the skin file?

  Restart the computer, press F8 till you are shown a menu.
  
  Use the up down arrows to select Safe Mode.
