Why my torrent like that?
I just change to mio. Last time when i use prolink can dl one.
Why cannot dl now. -
There are fewer mio users, so its actually easier to track who's using excessive bandwidth. Apparently you're one of the lucky ones that they decided to roadblock.

ok utorrent hates you, and dude, you don't have any seeders at all, then how to download, those claymore file, wah kao,you so late then download, now then you download, too late lah, go to their IRC channel to leech bah, or find a direct download website to download bah,
or
go to their IRC channel to leech off their file
go to http://eclipse.no-sekai.de/
then find their bot list, it is /msg..............
then go to the thread, that i have create about, way to download anime
if you want to download, you have to learn how to, nobody is going to spoonfeed you on how to download, you have to learn by yourself
and those file are rather new, and there are alot of ways to download, which i care not to explain at all, because you are X2131242354375067862340953085637053409534056 person who have created thread on torrent, and either you go to IRC channel or find a direct download website, which i think the download speed will be 7-20KB/s and furthermore today it is weekend, and somemore, i am playing game, so i will not reply to this thread again
P.S. i tried to download and i got seeders, and try and stop and restart the torrent again and see whether the download will start or not

Please make absolutely sure that PeerGuardian2 or Protowall is allowing utorrent.com (72.20.34.145) in either of those programs. Those of you using ipfilter.dat should make sure the list does not include the website's IP. After making sure of this, re-run this test by refreshing the page (F5).

Me having come problems too... Used to easily reach the speed of more then 100kb/s most of the time. I didn't even have to bother about port forwarding stuff.
But the modem broke down and I went to the service centre and have it changed for a new one. It's the same model, but now I can only reach a max of 20kb/s. I tried several different torrents and it's the same result.
Already set up a static IP as well as port forwarded. There's one website which I tried on and states that I have forwarded the port correctly. But the speed is still slow.
Anyone can help me with this please?

Probably not, as I said the problem only came after I changed the modem, although it's the same model...
