  Hi all! I have 2 questions I wish to ask!
  
  1) How can I change the colour of the place where the START is located from blue to say, red? (refer to pic)
  
  
  
  2) How can I change the individual ICONs on my desktop to my own pictures? And how do I make icon files?

  1) drag the taskbar. ur taskbar oso not lock. u can just drag it there
  2)right click properties on the icon->customise->folder icon.
  u can only do it for folders that are not windows compulsory.
