  No idea, it happens to those not using proxy. Use your ISP proxy to solve the problems.
  
  For Singnet users, refer to the Firefox sticky thread.
  
  Others, go and Google your ISP proxy server settings and enter the settings in as per the Firefox sticky thread.

  Closed. Another thread spotted at Support forum and the problem also seems to be resolved.
