when playing games , games hang.

okay hello, i would GREATLY appreciate it if u all could tell me what's wrong with my computer.
just only, when playing counter strike, my character freezes but the game goes on. its like everything else is moving except you. when i click the mouse or press the keyboard, the computer makes a sound, the type of sound when u press too many buttons at once, sometimes also my mouse gets stuck and my screen doesn't move although i move it. Even when i press the windows button the game doesn't minimise, when the game freezes. my mouse pad is very clean.
this has happened about 5 times the past 30mins.
my pc is about 4.5 years old.
what's wrong? issit mouse problem, keyboard problem or hardrive or proccessor etc..? help is really appreciated thanks! -
In short, your PC is lagging.
Be patient and do nothing, or as what normal users, press the restart button. -

1. Not enough RAM.
2. Too many fragmented files.
3. Not enough HDD space.
4. A buggy program which caused memory leaks, therefore lags.
5. Malware on your system.
6. Too many programs running. -
