a problem after reformatting

After reformatting my comp due to some virus, it start to have some problems... hope some1 can help out
When i reboot my comp, it will come out a message "Generic Host Process for Win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close".. not only that, sometimes window explorer and internet explorer also encounters the similar problem.. it took some time to type out this message of mine to seek help...in addition , i cant open my C: hard disk drive.. nothing comes out when i dbl clicked it..
Any1 can help.. pls? thanks alot -
I think it's time you reformat again... because this error means Windows cannot function.
Or rather than doing so, can you boot into Safe Mode without problems?
If you can boot into Safe Mode without problems... then there are quite a few problems with your PC. -

The error message comes before or after u connect to internet?
Try to reformat again and shield your OS with a good anti-virus and firewall programs.
